If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and  deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.

Shipping for all orders placed on SwiftEZ are shipped directly from vendors from whom order was placed. SwiftEZ does not ship any products on vendor’s behalf. All shipping related inquires should be directed first at vendors and only upon non-resolution of the issue SwiftEZ can help mitigate the issue.

HOW IS MY SUBSCRIPTION FULFILLED?

If you are buying a subscription then we will deliver on: delivery of subscription based products will be based on your subscription renewal date plus packaging, processing and shipping timeline. These timeline may differ based on each subscription of the product or service and should be outlined by vendor under each subscription product or service.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer international shipping to the following countries:

Free standard shipping is valid on international orders.

For information about customs process:
  • Customers can learn more about custom clearance process by reaching out directly to vendor via vendor ‘contact us’ form. Generally, vendors ask for all required information for customs during the time of order placement, however additional queries around custom clearance can be directed to vendor since vendor ship-from location as well as customer ship-to location can impact custom clearance obligation.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes. Not all shipping methods are available for certain items. Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday – Friday. Shipments to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
